The purpose of this section of the site is to announce the accessibility arrangements of the branches.

Entrances:
An accessible entrance with a wide opening and a regulation-complying ramp is available in every store.

Entry with service animal:
There is a clear directive to allow entry with a service animal.

Audio amplifier:
Available in every store

Protocols for providing service:
There are protocols in place to provide service to people with disabilities.

Alternative means of providing information:
There exists an alternative to provide information to those who are hard of hearing.

The company will continue to work to improve accessibility to the service it provides.

Website Accessibility

This website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Adaption of Accessibility to Services), 2013.

The website conforms to the recommendations of the Israeli standard (SI 5568) for web content accessibility at Level AA and the recommendations of W3Cs WCAG 2.0 document.
It has also been adapted for display on the most popular Web browsers, among them google chrome and explorer 11 in their most updated version.

It is recommended to use this site with a desktop version to get the most of the accessibility adjustments.

How To Use The Site

Site Navigation
There is a navigation bar at the top of the site pages, from where you can access all pages.
The site’s pages can also be accessed through the list of pages that appears in the footer.

Home page
On the home page, you can skip between the branches and reach the desired branch.

Navigation between areas
The site pages are divided into areas – main menu area, central content area and footer area. There is a possibility to skip between the areas so it is easier to get the content you want faster.
At the beginning of each page, there is a Level 1 title that indicates the name of the page you are in.

Keyboard shortcuts
To navigate the site using the keyboard, use the Tab button. Each click will take you to the next link.
Clicking Shift + Tab will take you back to the previous link.

Accessibility Menu
